Choose from 2 colour options:

Pink/Purple - Items will be pink or prints that contain pink, purple, florals or other prints in different colours that would generally be considered feminine. Unisex colours such as grey may be supplied for some items where we do not have sufficient pink options. Please note all the Jellycats are LUCKY DIP/UNISEX - NO PINK JELLYCAT OPTIONS.

Surprise Me - Items will be all colours and prints other than pink/florals etc - Could be blue, green, white, grey, yellow, browns or prints that contain these colours. This is not a 'boy' or 'unisex' colour specifically...it's just everything that is not pink/purple or commonly considered feminine.

You can choose your mystery bag in Standard (as above) or Add a Bink Bottle! Choose the Bink Bottle option for just an extra $25 - an incredible bargain way to purchase our beautiful $60 glass & silicone bottles. These are much loved, highly recommended by all our team & the perfect bottle for all new parents. Colour choice is lucky dip - this is not part of the colour choice for the mystery bag. Bink Bottles may be Puffer Bottle, Day or Mama Bottles.

There are no returns or exchanges on these Toddler Mystery Bags. You purchase the bag on the condition that is it a FIRM SALE. However we do completely stand by our products, so any faulty items would still be covered by our returns policy. The items included in the bag are all high quality and make beautiful gifts if there is something that doesn't suit you and your baby!

We offer fast, economical shipping across New Zealand. All items on our website are in stock, ready to dispatch (excludes pre-order or custom size items). Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Auckland shipping is generally overnight or you can choose Click and Collect.

Shipping starts from $5 for small items. Just add your items to your cart and use the Shipping Estimator in the Mini Cart or Cart with your post code. Please double check your shipping in the checkout, particularly for large items which the estimator doesn’t accurately calculate.

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.

Large Furniture is shipped using a designated furniture delivery service with two person delivery to the door.

Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging. Please ensure you carefully package items so they are received back in perfect condition.
