30 Minute Click & Collect

Our 30 minute click and collect service is available from our warehouse in Henderson. It's free and you can pick up the same day (week days only - we are closed weekends and public holidays). We highly recommend using this service if you need your order quickly or don’t want to wait for your order.

• 4pm Friday is the cut-off for pick up on Friday by 5pm. Weekend Click and Collect orders are available for collection by Monday 9.30am.
• Please place your order online, select click and collect.
• Wait to receive a confirmation email saying your order is ready to be collected.
• When you arrive, please follow the Click & Collect signage to our customer service team. You'll need to confirm your order number and name so we can give you your order.

Online Outlet Store

We have listed any outlet items for sale on the website in the outlet category, this is now where we sell our items with damaged packaging, minor seconds or customer returns. You can find some excellent bargains!

If you are local to us in West Auckland or need your order in a hurry, our fast Click and Collect service is a great option.

We process Click and Collect orders regularly through the day. First place your order online and we will have it processed and ready for you to pick up in approx 30mins.

Weekend Click and Collect orders are available for collection by Monday 9.30am. Friday at 4pm is the cut-off for same day pick by 5pm. We are not open weekends.

If you'd like to pick up your order choose Click & Collect at the checkout, which will notify us to prepare your order for collection.

Click&Collect pickups are not available on public holidays or weekend days.

All Priority Click and Collect orders placed before 4:00 pm and paid for at the time of order will be ready for collection within approx 30 minutes. Orders placed after 4.00pm will be ready for collection after 9.30 am the next business day (Monday to Friday only).

Payment for Click & Collect

Click and Collect orders must be paid for before collection. It is best to pay by Credit Card when the order is placed. In the event you have selected Bank Deposit as your payment option, then please phone with your credit card details prior to collection. In the event that Click and Collect orders are paid for by bank deposit, orders will not be available for collection until funds are visible in our bank account.

On arrival please proceed to our Click and Collect door which is clearly marked. The Click and Collect area is located inside the door and to your right as signposted.  

Express Tonight

The Express Tonight service is available for selected suburbs in Auckland only (we have listed the eligible postcodes below). It is available for orders placed before 2pm with your order delivered between 6pm and 9pm on the same day Monday to Friday. Please note Express Tonight delivery is only available to residential addresses, not business addresses. The charge for Express Tonight delivery is $12 and it is only available for orders of under 25 kilograms. It is not eligible for Free Shipping. The Express Tonight option will show once you have added your shipping details at checkout if your order and postcode is eligible.
