- Infants under 5 kg - begin with 0.5ml and gradually increase to a full dose of 1.25ml as needed, ensuring not to exceed a daily total of 5ml
- In such cases, you can break up the full daily dose into smaller doses. For example, for babies under 4 months old where the maximum is 5ml per day, it can be administered as 10 doses of 0.5ml each.
