Yes. It’s not just safe to use V Good Probiotics during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding; it’s actively recommended! The carefully selected probiotic strains have some incredible benefits for pregnancy (for both mum and baby) such as balancing vaginal flora for less itches and infections, immunity, blood sugar balance (important for gestational diabetes) and gut health support. While breastfeeding V Good Probiotics can support mum and baby’s immune systems, baby’s microbiome development, postpartum mood balance and gut health.
Absolutely. The probiotics in V Good Probiotics can provide fantastic gut and vaginal health support during antibiotic use. Just make sure to take V Good Probiotics at least two hours away from your antibiotics.
The probiotic strains used in V Good Probiotics are derived from animal products such as milk, so they are not wholly vegan.
V Good Probiotics doesn’t contain dairy. However there could be traces as some of the strains of bacteria we use are derived from dairy. This means there is no dairy present in the probiotic so it’s safe for those with lactose intolerance or dairy sensitivities, however if you are highly allergic to dairy we wouldn’t recommend V Good Probiotics for you.
If you currently experience or have any of the following conditions, we recommend checking in with your healthcare professional before trying V Good Probiotics: - SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth) or SIFO (Small Intestinal Fungal Overgrowth) - Following a low FODMAP diet - Significant gut dysfunction including Crohns, Ulcerative Colitis, Peptic ulcer(s), active H. Pylori infection, Barretts Oesophagus, Diverticulitis or any other gastrointestinal pathology.

V Good Probiotics contains dairy so is not vegan-friendly, but is free from gluten, soy, corn, refined sugar, GMOs, artificial colours, flavours and additives.

We ship with Courier Post & Fastway. Packages are sent Non-Signature Required unless over $350 value or you request Signature Required for security concerns. If you are rural, we don’t charge extra but please do include a note on your order so we can ticket your package correctly. Please allow additional days for rural or you are ordering during holiday periods or major promotions.
