Our Vanilla Marine Collagen Beauty Powder is naturally flavoured with luscious, creamy vanilla and can be blended solo with water, or combined with just about any other flavour you can dream up. Containing 10g of hydrolysed Marine Collagen per serve and sweetened with a hint of monk fruit extract. Your skin will drink it, your hair and nails will to.

Once absorbed through the small intestine, collagen peptides and free amino acids travel through the bloodstream to various parts of the body, including the dermis (the deepest layer of the skin) where research in animal models have shown they can remain for up to 14 days. Several studies have shown that collagen peptides can be efficiently absorbed and distributed to the skin, where they can stimulate fibroblasts (specialised cells in connective tissue) to increase the density and diameter of collagen fibres, as well as increase hyaluronic acid production and protect against UVA radiation.

How to Use

Depending on flavour, one 10-11g serve daily.

Mix between 1 level and 1 heaped tablespoon (depending on flavour) in 250ml or more of water, coffee, tea, fresh juice or blend into smoothies 1-2 times daily or as professionally advised.

For best results we recommend taking daily.

While studying health science and nutrition in Sydney, They discovered just how complex the human body really is, and the power of nutrition, herbs and naturopathy. Studying also made them aware how our health is impacted by modern lifestyles, processed western diets, and chronic stress. As a student pulling late nights and surviving on coffee, they were looking to fill my nutritional gaps, by creating their own recipe for something they couldn’t find on the shelf: protein powder with a great nutritional profile that actually tasted good. And they realised better nutrition could help them – and others like them – age well, help prevent disease, and tap into energy reserves we didn’t know we had. Knowing they were not alone in struggling with health challenges, they set out to offer a solution. One that would empower other people to take their future health into their own hands, by sharing what they had learned, and simplifying a complicated and often contradictory topic. And Two Islands was born.
